The ACT Health Directorate oversees the public health system in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). ACT Health is responsible for developing the strategies to ensure services meet community needs and expectations, deliver improved health outcomes, and that the health system is innovative effective and sustainable.
They needed to urgently procure rapid antigen tests (RATs) to help government departments including Education, Justice, and other critical services, scale up their testing capacity to support and protect citizens during the covid-19 pandemic and ensure the continuity of essential services.
